Cancellation policy
More than 24 hours before pickup
Cancel free of charge. Any deposit paid is refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within five working days. This is the policy declared in our structured data and shown on every route page, the three always say the same thing.
Within 24 hours of pickup
The deposit may be retained, because the vehicle and driver have already been committed. Write to us anyway: in practice we move the booking rather than keep the money whenever the vehicle can be reassigned.
If your flight is cancelled or diverted
Tell us as soon as you know. A cancelled inbound flight is not a late cancellation and is not treated as one.
If we cancel
If we cannot supply the vehicle booked, we supply a larger one at no extra cost or refund in full, at your choice.
