What we collect
To perform a transfer we collect your name, email address, phone number, optionally your WhatsApp number, your pickup and drop-off addresses, your flight number if the journey involves an airport, and the number of passengers and bags. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. If you start a booking and leave without finishing it, we keep the name and phone number you had already typed — nothing else, and not your email address — so that we can call you back about that journey.
Why we collect it
To perform the contract you entered into (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): assigning a driver, meeting you, and contacting you if something changes. Your email is also used to send the confirmation, a reminder before travel, and one request for a review afterwards. You can opt out of the review request at any time. Following up on a request you left unfinished rests on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): you asked us for a price, and we get back to you about that and nothing else. One word from you and we will not raise it again.
Who sees it
The driver assigned to your journey receives your name, phone number, pickup address and flight number, nothing else. Our payment provider receives what it needs to process the transaction. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
Two essential cookies remember your chosen currency and language. Measurement cookies serve two purposes and no others: knowing which of our Google adverts led to a real booking, so we stop paying for the ones that do not; and knowing where in the booking people give up — which screen, which field, after how long — so that we can fix what blocks them. That second measurement keeps only page and field names, never what you type into them, and is only ever read as totals: we are not trying to learn what YOU did, but where people stop. Where people get stuck, we also replay the screen itself — pointer movements, taps and scrolling on the booking pages — through Microsoft Clarity, set to hide the text of every field: the replay shows a field being filled in, never what it contains. These tools are provided by Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and by Microsoft (Clarity), which may process the data outside the European Union. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland we ask before setting them and nothing is measured until you answer. Elsewhere, where no law requires that question, they are set unless you decline. Either way you can change your mind at any moment through “Cookie choices” at the foot of every page: refusing is a single click and has no effect on the site.
Partner hotels and hosts
Some guests reach us through a hotel, guesthouse or villa that works with us. If you arrive through one of their QR codes or links, one further cookie records which establishment sent you, so that we can pay them their share of the booking. It carries no identifier of you, is read by nobody else, and expires after sixty days. Where that booking is theirs, the establishment sees the journey it brought — route, date, vehicle, the name and phone number you gave — so that its reception can answer you if you ask. It never sees your email address, your payment, or any booking it did not bring. Establishments that apply to work with us send their own business details through a form on this site; we use them to answer the application and, if it goes ahead, to open their file. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for seven years, which is what tax and accounting obligations require. Abandoned quotes that never became bookings are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at the email address given in our legal notice. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
