Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA, CMB) at Katunayake, about 30 km north of Colombo, is where almost every visitor to Sri Lanka lands, and many of the long-haul flights from Europe and the Gulf arrive between midnight and early morning. This page is our Colombo Airport taxi service in one place: a driver waiting in the arrivals hall with your name on a board, a fixed rate for the whole vehicle agreed before you fly, and fuel, expressway tolls, airport parking and the driver all included. You pay the full price online by card when you book, so there is nothing to pay the driver in the arrivals hall; you can also pay 50% online and the rest in cash, for 10% more.
